MyRental collects criminal background data from multiple sources as available, including the Department of Corrections (DOC), which includes records from state prisons and incarcerations. In addition, we access the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) which provides background records for criminal events that resulted in a conviction.
**The Housing Court Data and Multi State Criminal Reports are subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations that may restrict MyRental’s capacity to return some records.
